Dear Seller...

Often, we do act as Buyers… Then, we put in a “soft” initial request of your offer… In reply to it, we wait that the Seller exposes itself, its identity, its corporate details and business registration, which could be verified by our embassy’s Commerce Bureaus in your residence country and, of course, your best Soft Offer... Within a period of 5 dyas, if the result of our verifications has been satisfactory, we will send you our LOI, with our corporate details and business registration, so that the Seller, - if he wishes to do so – could verify them. In this LOI, we do authorize to the Seller to carry out all the identity, banking and solvency verifications that he may wish on ourselves...Then, within a period not greater that 5 days, we wait to get the FCO from the Seller, accompanied with documentary proofs of the commodity possession, existence and availability that he is selling us. These proofs can be SGS Certificates, or other similar Companies, local authorities certificates, B/L of recent shipments, detailed references from customer to whom we could ask for opinions about the Seller’s given services. After this, if the obtained results are satisfactory, we will sign the FCO and will forward it back to the Seller, together with our BCL, where we will reflect our solvency and definitive buying capacity. Following to this, the ICPO, the Draft, the L/C, the PB and all the rest will come... And the main reason for all this is because we really do want to do business and do not want to waste time… If you are able to act this way, your businesses with us are guaranteed... But, if you are not capable to do it, please, refrain yourself from trying to do business with us... Thank you very much.

When we act as Sellers, we strictly meet the aforementioned procedures… We do not have any other proceeding policies. Since the very moment you receive our Soft Offer, you will already know who we are, where we are from; you will also know our complete corporate and business registration details, so you would be able to verify our information by your own means... And, of course, you will get the Soft Offer according to the terms you wrote on your LOI... After this, we will carry out (go on carrying out) the aforementioned process accurately for your full satisfaction... And, the least we expect from you, is that your LOI, your BCL and your ICPO, we get them fresh, updated, with a validity not inferior to 7 banking days, and directly addressed to us...
