Even though to many, the presence of a Broker in the middle of any negotiation, turns out to be a negative factor that affects to the right fulfilment of the same, due to the considerable rise of prices, and the frequent exigency of disproportionate commissions for their part, it is not less true that there are experienced and very rational Brokers that, being conscious of their intermediary role in negotiations, act with prudence and reasoning, demanding acceptable commissions and appropriate to their position within a negotiation.

You must understand that a Broker, by basic ethical principles, doesn’t have to obtain more profits than a seller or a buyer. To act contrary to these principles in any negotiation, is obviously fanciful and negative.

An intelligent and experienced Broker knows, at any time, that his mission is to intervene between sellers and final buyers, so that they can close their operations and contracts without unnecessary difficulties or barriers, and all this will benefits everybody and, of course, the Broker himself.Seeking to earn reduced, acceptables and assimilable commissions on the part of the sellers and the buyers is a good Broker’s basic task. Because a Broker’s real benefits are given by the possibility of many operations, and not through the ambition of getting rich in just one negotiation that never come to be fulfilled.

 We always have the willingness to work and rely on the important work of truly experienced Brokers, good judges of problems concerning commercial brokerage and the real possibilities that this latter has to offer, provided that the said Brokers aim to earn reasonable and fair commissions. We refuse to work with Brokers that, in a very unjustified and excessive way, try to impose unpayable and unacceptable commissions. And much less with those Brokers that, in turn, are an integral part of an obscure and endless chain of Brokers.

These Brokers, through the appropriate NCND and FPA signing, have no qualms at all about allowing us direct access to the said sellers and buyers, since with this kind of behaviour, the Brokers must not be afraid of being cheated, and they must be aware of it at any time.Those Brokers that, after having shown us their efficiency and negotiating ability, get to sign with Mantra Export the respective NCND and FPA that protect them from any cheating, and that are able to negotiate for us fresh LOI, BCL, FCO and ICPO’s, updated and addressed to us, and that provide us without any delay the direct contact with their sellers and buyers, will always count on our support and loyalty, because with all this, they prove us their real interest to bring business to a successful conclusion.

We do acknowledge that, a lot of times, the work of a good Broker is essential to the fulfilment of good business, and that is why we always want to count on them. But, provided that they behave as it has been previously described. Those Brokers that devote themselves to argue about unrealistic and fanciful commissions, and that keep with unjustified zeal their sellers and brokers’ identity, even after having signed with us the respective NCND and FPA; that, by the same token, are constantly changing the initial terms of negotiations… We consider them persona non grata, that waste our time and, with them, we loose all interest in negotiating.Finally, we would like every professional and experienced broker to know that, with Mantra Export, they can make money hand over fist, as long as they behave according to our work-line.
